Adult Group X
- MMA for Women- Mixed martial arts. Beginners welcome. *Gloves Required
- Power Kick – Bag & pad class with core work & Plyometric Drills. *Gloves Required
- Cardio Kick – Cardio kickboxing with some bag work. *Gloves Required
Personal Training
We offer dynamic personalized fitness training. Clients can choose from individual one on one training or small group training. Our Personal Training
is available to both members and non-members. Training is also available in a single session or in 6 pack, 12 pack or 20 pack sessions.
